Any material misrepresentation constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. yyr123 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard login credentials. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). yyr123 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Standard KYC documents include: a government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or passport), proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement), and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal holds.
3.4 Account Updates. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. yyr123 is not responsible for failed communications or payment processing errors arising from outdated Account information.
3.5 Account Transfers. Accounts are personal to the registered holder and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or pledged to any third party under any circumstances.
yyr123 may periodically request re-verification of Player identity or payment methods as part of our ongoing compliance procedures. This is standard practice across licensed international gaming operators and is designed to protect both Players and the integrity of the Platform.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. yyr123 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian banking channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. 4.2 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed within the Platform's cashier section at the time of the transaction. yyr123 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits without prior notice.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via BCA and BRI are typically processed instantly subject to bank system availability. Deposits via other supported banks may take between 1 and 30 minutes to reflect in your Account balance. yyr123 is not responsible for delays caused by bank system outages, maintenance periods, or public holidays.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by our finance team during standard business hours (Monday–Saturday, 09:00–21:00 WIB). Processing times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Repeated withdrawal requests by a Player with outstanding wagering requirements may result in those requests being placed on hold until all conditions are met.
4.5 Withdrawal Verification. For first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds, yyr123 may require additional documentation to verify the source of funds and confirm payment method ownership. This is a standard compliance measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the Player.
4.6 Refusal of Withdrawals. yyr123 reserves the right to refuse or delay any withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering; (c) the Account is under investigation; or (d) bonus wagering requirements have not been fulfilled. In such cases, yyr123 will communicate the reason for the hold to the Player within a reasonable timeframe.
4.7 Player Funds. Player deposits are held separately from operational funds. yyr123 does not use Player funds for operational expenses. However, yyr123 does not offer interest on Account balances.
All deposit and withdrawal transactions are subject to our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. yyr123 complies with internationally recognized AML standards and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where legally required.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards offered by yyr123 are subject to these general terms and any additional conditions specified within the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits and winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated within each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period of the bonus; failure to do so results in the automatic cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute toward wagering requirements at different rates. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute between 10% and 20%; and certain other game types may contribute 0%. Players should review the specific contribution table within each promotion before claiming.
5.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While bonus funds remain active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per game event is Rp 100,000 unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings without prior notice.
5.5 One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Players must either complete or forfeit an existing bonus before claiming a new promotion. yyr123 is not responsible for missed bonus opportunities arising from this policy.
5.6 Abuse and Fraud Prevention. yyr123 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting systems, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have their Accounts suspended permanently.
5.7 Promotional Changes. yyr123 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to Player Accounts prior to the modification date, provided the applicable wagering requirements have not yet been satisfied.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players. yyr123 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility for Players whose wagering patterns suggest professional or systematic play inconsistent with recreational use of promotional offers.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance by yyr123. yyr123 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, exceeds applicable limits, or involves an event subject to integrity concerns.
6.2 Football Betting. yyr123 offers betting markets on domestic and international football competitions, including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and the AFF Cup. Markets available for each event include, but are not limited to: 1X2 (Win-Draw-Win), Asian Handicap (commonly referred to as voor bola in Indonesian betting culture), Over/Under total goals, Both Teams to Score, and accumulator bets known locally as mix parlay. Specific rules for each market type are published within the Sports Betting section of the Platform.
6.3 Results and Settlements. All game results and bet settlements are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects bet settlement, yyr123 will investigate and may void the affected bets if a fair resolution cannot otherwise be determined. Our decision in such matters is final.
6.4 Abandoned or Postponed Events. If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or does not conclude within the timeframe specified in the applicable betting rules, yyr123 reserves the right to void all bets on that event and return stakes to Players' Accounts. Specific rules governing each sport and competition type are published within the relevant sections of the Platform.
6.5 Provably Fair Games. All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games available on the Platform use certified algorithms that ensure fair, unbiased outcomes. Game Return to Player (RTP) percentages are as published by the respective game providers and are available upon request.
6.6 Maximum Winnings. yyr123 may impose maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per Player at its discretion. These limits will be displayed within the relevant game or betting interface where applicable. Any winnings exceeding these limits may be adjusted to the applicable maximum.

8.1 Ownership. All content published on the yyr123 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software code, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of yyr123 or its licensed content providers. 8.2 Limited License. yyr123 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. 9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yyr123 shall not be liable to any Player for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform or Services.
9.3 Maximum Aggregate Liability. yyr123's total aggregate liability to any individual Player arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Third-Party Content. The Platform may reference third-party game studios, sports leagues, and payment providers. yyr123 is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Any disputes with third-party game providers regarding game outcomes or malfunctions should be directed to yyr123's customer support team in the first instance.
Gambling involves financial risk. yyr123 shall bear no responsibility for any financial losses incurred through wagering activity on the Platform. Players participate entirely at their own risk and should only wager amounts they can afford to lose.
10.1 Voluntary Closure. A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting yyr123 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any winnings subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal procedures.
10.2 Suspension by yyr123. yyr123 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's Account without prior notice where there is a reasonable suspicion of: fraudulent activity; multiple Account operation; identity misrepresentation; money laundering or financial crime; use of automated betting systems or bots; collusion with other Players; exploitation of software errors or system vulnerabilities; or any other breach of these Terms & Conditions.
10.3 Termination by yyr123. Following investigation, yyr123 may permanently close an Account where a breach of these Terms is confirmed. In such cases, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at yyr123's discretion after deducting any amounts owed to yyr123, unless the Account closure arises from criminal activity, in which case funds may be held pending investigation.
10.4 Effect of Termination. Upon closure or termination of an Account for any reason, the Player's license to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue in full force.
11.1 Right to Amend. yyr123 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication of the revised Terms on the Platform, indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
11.2 Notification. For material changes that significantly affect Player rights or obligations, yyr123 will endeavor to notify registered Players via email or through an in-Platform notification within a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect. However, it remains the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
11.3 Continued Use. Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 10.1.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable Indonesian law.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a Player and yyr123, the Player should first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. yyr123 will respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days and aims to resolve disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.
12.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to a mutually agreed independent third-party dispute resolution body. yyr123's decision on matters of game outcome, bet settlement, and bonus validity shall be final and binding, except in cases of manifest error.
12.4 Language. All dispute correspondence and proceedings shall be conducted in English. Translations provided for the Player's convenience shall not be binding in the event of any inconsistency with the English text.
